- Receiving a $200,000 settlement from a local nursing home for wrongful death, after successfully asserting that a patient under their supervision and care was severely beaten by another patient, resulting in his untimely demise.
- Following a car wreck where our client was severely injured, the opposing insurance company denied liability and alleged our client failed to use his turn signal, thus causing the wreck. Following the Peper Law Firm's aggressive pursuit of the claim, the insurance company reversed its stance and has taken responsibility for its insured. A settlement was reached whereby our client received payment for medical costs, lost wages, and future impairment.
- We recently filed a lawsuit against a local bar after our client was pulled from his vehicle and beaten by patrons who were kicked off the premises for being drunk and unruly. We are seeking liability and damages against the unruly patrons, the employees of the bar, and the bar itself for the injuries sustained to our client.
- After being jailed for over 6 months for a crime our client did not commit, we successfully convinced the Solicitor's office to dismiss the client's criminal charges by way of a pro-active and extremely aggressive defense. By way of a thorough investigation and competent representation, we were able to secure a plea deal to a misdemeanor offense and our client successfully completed 2 years of probation.
